Approximately 100g of Kyushu-produced A4 Wagyu beef fillet, soft and faintly fragrant, fine-grained, high-quality lean red meat paired with rich foie gras (approximately 25g), served with a side of seasonal vegetables and a baguette.A5 grade has a lot of marbling (fat), so we choose to sell A4 grade.For those who feel the quantity is not enough, there are additional dishes before the roast, such as today's appetizer for 1,320 yen and gorgonzola cream gnocchi for 1,650 yen.Additional fillet approximately 100g 2,750 yen Foie gras approximately 25g 770 yen Please let us know the number you would like in the comments section when making your reservation.(Not available on the day)
